Mom has written two books about me! They're short kids stories with lots of pictures of me and my friends (thrown in with some clip art for good measure!) She's hoping that I will inspire more books - books with purpose! Mom enjoys educating people about dogs and how dogs should be cared for. I like being the center of her attention. She combined the two and came up with these cute childrens stories (that are also meant to educate adults as well!). In a few weeks we are going to try to present them at a CPP function and see how the people respond.

I have become quite the escape artist lately. I have been having so much fun with Kane here (he's still here!!), but I still want to run and play with my old friends too. Kane tries to push me around a little (He's always wanting to bite my neck, face, or legs!) and sometimes I just have to get away from him. You'd think with a yard as large as mine (200+ feet!!) I'd find a little space of my own - but not me! I've managed to dig several holes under our chain link fence. I go visit the neighbors. When Bella and Tally aren't outside I go sit at their back porch and wait for them to come play with me. Mom and dad have been watching me closely and have found the places I've been crawling under. They're amazed that I can get so flat! Dad put some chicken wire across the bottom of the fence hoping that would make it impossible for me to get under. HA! HA! HA! Of course it didn't! I hear mom and dad talking a lot about me and the fence - I hear they saying how they're going to put up more things to keep me in. I hear them say how I'm too smart for my own good (is there such a thing??). I'm lucky that the neighbors like me so much. They don't care if I come over to play, sleep, or poop in their yard.
