My First Visit with Santa My mom volunteered to help the Coalition for Pet Protection with their annual Santa Pictures at PetSmart. Dad drove mom and me to the store and I was the first dog to see Santa. Unlike humans, I wasn't afraid and I didn't cry. I hopped on his lap and smiled big for the camera. I didn't get to stay at the event this time. Mae and mom thought I might misbehave with lots of dogs, cats, and birds coming in to see Santa. Me...misbehave?? ha ha ha ha! The day, from what I was told, was really successful. CPP got to keep $5.00 of each $10.00 picture taken. There was a total of 15 animals that day who came to request things from Santa. The day started with an adopted CPP dog (Me) and ended with an adopted CPP dog (Juno). |
Mom got the camera out today, determined to get a good picture of she and I. I didn't want to sit still for the camera...I wanted to play (as usual). Mom did manage to get a few, but I wasn't smiling like I am with dad. I'm definately a "daddy's little girl". Later that night Mom and Dad left to do a little Christmas shopping at the mall. When they came home they had a hooded sweatshirt for me from PetCo. It's a multicolored thing with snaps (they hoped this would prevent me from slipping out of it). I look so cute!!
